Joy is a seasoned Dubai-based freelance producer with 9+ years of experience managing budgets, crews, locations, casting, and logistics for diverse projects. Her portfolio includes TVCs, documentaries, music videos, and events coverage for clients like Abu Dhabi Tourism, Sony Music, National Geographic, and more. A logistics expert, she navigates region-specific procedures effortlessly.

Her latest film, "Skatepark Sisterhood," premiered at Tribeca Film Festival 2023.

Faith is an experienced TV content producer skilled in documentaries, scripted TV, drama series, TVCs, and reality shows. She excels in news management in Africa, coordinating with crews and stringers. She is the go-to person for TV projects inception, specialises in budgeting, scheduling, and logistics for East, Central, West, and South Africa. A creative at heart, Faith brings compelling ideas to TV projects.

She works globally and is between South Africa, Kenya and Dubai.

Aka 'Marto,' is an award-winning filmmaker with 30+ years experience. Specializing in cinematography, he excels in various filmmaking roles - directing, editing, producing, and creating TV show formats. Marto is the current Chairman of the Producers Guild of Kenya (PGK) and has served in leadership roles in the Kenya Film & Television Professionals Association (KFTPA) and Next Media, Uganda. He's also a KCAA-accredited drone pilot and is fluent in English, Italian, Bulgarian, and Swahili.

Having been recently named the UK’s Young Journalist of the Year 2023,  Ashni is an award-winning producer and director. She is known for developing and crafting stories across documentaries, scripted TV, news, and social media content. Ashni's work has reached millions and has featured on prestigious channels like BBC Three, BBC News, and BAFTA.

Ashni's expertise lies in managing pre-production elements like budgets, permits, licenses, locations, crew, and casting to executing production days with finesse in high-quality filming, producing and directing. ​​

Akram is an experienced, innovative forward-thinker, Producer & Project Manager with 9 years of experience in Media & Events production. Akram has built a strong portfolio by working with various Brands, Broadcasters and Agencies. Working within a hybrid agency has also exposed him to develop his creative and account management skills, taking an idea from concept to delivery to produce entertaining and inspiring pieces.​. He has a wealth of expertise in preproduction, planning, building show running order, production, live events management & show calling, streaming management, custom graphics composition, AR & VR content, asset management and client management.​ 

With over a decade of dedicated experience in production, Mona brings expertise spanning various mediums, from TV commercials to documentaries, corporate videos and digital content. thought-provoking documentaries and visually stunning photoshoots. Her strengths lie in seamless execution of projects while maintaining a keen eye for detail.

Whether liaising with international producers or coordinating with local crews/locations/kit - to ensure every aspect of the production process is meticulously handled, resulting in stress-free experiences for all involved.

Ellis is an experienced Producer and Content Creator working across live TV, Event Production, Documentaries, Radio & Digital. 

After serving her time as a BBC Apprentice, a very competitive scheme Ellis spent almost 8 years there. Over her time Ellis worked in various roles within the BBC newsroom helping create content watched and listened by millions. From production to researcher to producer and reporter Ellis is highly skilled in all areas. Biggest achievement before leaving the BBC in 2022 Ellis produced her own commission for BBC iPlayer a short personal documentary “Should I delete Instagram?” 

Ellis is known for her approachable people skills and works particularly well under pressure and in fast paced environments.
