Joy worked with Wild Media to send teams to the rural landscapes of Rajasthan to capture footage of illicit poppy farming for the two-part documentary "The Crime of the Century," created by Emmy and Oscar winner Alex Gibney.

The documentary serves as a scathing critique of Big Pharma, shedding light on the role of political operatives and government regulations that facilitate the excessive production, irresponsible distribution, and widespread misuse of synthetic opiates.
